Description

Draft Performance Work Statement NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. The Government hereby gives its notice of intent to enter into a sole source Purchase Order with ProPage INC in order to provide paging equipment and services to Martin Army Community Hospital. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, it has been determined that ProPage 112 Key Drive Brunswick, GA 31520 can provide the items required since the data is proprietary and this paging service is currently in use by other MEDCOM facilities. It is the intent of the Government to award this purchase order to ensure interoperability between MEDCOM command for paging equipment and service. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Interested persons may identify their interest and capacity by responding to the requirements specific to this requirement. All interest and capability statements received within 7 days after the date of this publication will be considered by the Government; however, no contract will be awarded in response to this notice other than to ProPage INC. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in preparation of information or documents. Based upon the responses to this notice, the Government retains sole discretion to award and not compete the proposed contract action. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of follow-on contracts. Please see Draft PWS
