- Amendment 0001 This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial services in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The applicable NAICS Code 336611 - Ship Building and Repairing. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New York District requires shipyard repair services for the District Vessel Hocking, a diesel powered 65ft aluminum monohull vessel. The major scope of work includes dry docking the vessel, cleaning and painting the hull, assisting with United States Coast Guard (USCG) required inspections and potential miscellaneous modifications and repairs in accordance with the specifications.
