Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office Eight (08) intends to solicit quotation from contractors to remove, supply and install two (2) 6-pulse Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) located at 13800 Veterans Way, Central Energy Plant, Orlando Florida 32827. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed- Price contract. The solicitation will be issued electronically via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at URL: http://www.fbo.gov on or about August 17, 2018. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Request for Quotations (RFQs) will be issued as 100% Service-Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Classification Code (NAICS) 238220 is $15.0 Million. To be eligible for an award, an offeror must be registered and verified with the Veterans Online Business Registry (VETBIZ) - Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database at: https://www.va.gov/osdbu/. Contractor s must have a valid DUNS number which can be obtained from Dun and Bradstreet at: http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to do business with the Federal Government. Register at: https://www.sam.gov/.
