SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. We are seeking information for market research purposes only. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is seeking sources to help determine the availability of qualified vendors who can provide the following for the Salisbury VAMC, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury NC 28144: The facility is seeking services of pharmacogenomic testing that determines effective, safe medications, and dosage tailored to an individual patient s DNA for a variety of drugs, such as Psychotropic and Pain Management medications. Patient samples collected by Buccal swab (cheek swab) is required to decrease the chance of improper specimen Identification and limit the chance of staff exposure to blood and body fluids (as with venipuncture for blood and aerosols with spit collection). Reporting of the test results should be simple for ease of provider interpretation. All interested parties should respond, in writing via email to melisha.evans@va.gov to be considered. Your response is required by 9:00AM EST on August 20, 2018. This is strictly market research and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. The NAICS 621511 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $32.5 million.
