SOLICITATION DOCUMENT GSA-527 CONTRACTOR'S QUALIFICATIONS AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION STATEMENT OF WORK CONTINUATION SHEET AGREEMENT-CLAUSES SOLICITATION NOTICE CERTIFICATION AND REPRESENTATIVE SF-1442 SOLICITATION, OFFER, AND AWARD DAVIS BACON WAGE DETERMINATION This project consists of AC-1 Replacement Project at James T. Foley U.S.C.H., 445 Broadway, Albany, New York, 12207. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, management, and supervision per Statement of Work dated April 12, 2018 Estimated Project amount from $100,000 to $250,000 A site visit is scheduled for August 23, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at James T. Foley U.S.C.H. 445 Broadway, Albany NY. All interested contractors is encouraged to attend the site visit and provide accurate proposal. This is the only scheduled site visit for the project. Meeting will take place at 1st Floor. All proposals must be in proper format which is written, detailed and itemized and on proper forms, proposals not in this format will not be accepted. Proposal are due on 08/31/2018 at 4:00 p.m. EST. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Participation by HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB and EDWOSB is strongly encouraged All contractors must be registered in SAM.gov
