Description

The Indian Health Service, Yakama Indian Health Center, Toppenish, WA intends to issue a delivery order to replace existing Purchase Order HHSI248201700221G, which expires 8/17/2018. The contractor is Cepheid, 904 Caribbean Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94089-1189, for preventative maintenance services available under Federal Supply Schedule GS-07F-0597T, for an existing Cepheid manufactured Gene Xpert Analyzer (Serial #810066). The new period of performance will be 8/18/2018 to 8/19/2019. This will allow for continued coverage for an already existing analyzer located in the Yakama Indian Health Center laboratory department. This is not a request for quotations. No solicitation package is available. Any responses to this notice must be received no later than 3:00pm Pacific Time, Monday, August 20, 2018.
