Description

NOTICE OF INTENT:The Regional health Contracting Office-Central, JBSA, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, intends to award on a sole source basis, a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for Cornea Implant items to Keralink. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, FSC - 6515, Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment and Supplies, with a corresponding size standard of 750 employees. The proposed contract action is for the purchase of these Cornea Implant items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The Government intends to execute this award on or around 31 August 2018. This notice is neither a request ofr quotes nor a solicitaiton of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.
