Description

15DDHQ18Q00000191 Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with the attached solicitation. The DEA has a requirement for 500MHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Instruments, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 334516, Analytical Instrument Manufacturing, and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Solicitation 15DDHQ18Q00000191 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99. The DEA intends to award a BPA based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The lowest priced quote will be evaluated first; if not found acceptable, the next lowest priced quote will be evaluated, and so on until an acceptable quote is identified. Higher priced quotes will not be evaluated. For an offeror to be considered technically acceptable, it shall be able to provide the required item and quantities listed in the schedule under this solicitation. All submissions, questions and/or quotes, shall be submitted electronically to Ms. Sovanna Sampels at sovanna.sampels@usdoj.gov. Reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the RFQ response. The deadline for questions is at 12:00 PM EST on Thursday, August 23, 2018. Questions and answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM EST on Thursday, August 30, 2018. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted. This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of quotes or to contract for the supplies/services.
