Description

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open basis with Speed Biosystems LLC, 10120 Limestone Ct., Potomac, Md, 20854. 1). Turbo293TM Transfection Reagent (20mL), Catalog # PXX1002, 42 Ea. This is not a request for proposal. All responsible sources who are certified by Speed Biosystems LLC. as authorized third-party resellers may submit a proposal. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. This will be a firm fixed price contract in accordance with the statutory authority for this sole source requirement 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one source available, no substitutions possible. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Offers must be submitted no later than 1 pm Eastern Standard Time, August 25, 2018 to blandl@mail.nih.gov.
