- Description
- Barksdale AFB, Louisiana: The 2d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for COCESS for a five-year ordering period. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to support COCESS. The store shall be located on the installation and provide easy access for authorized individuals and shall contain a variety of commercial and industrial products as well as stock high-use/critical/consumable materials for immediate purchase. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 332510, size standard 750 people. The approximate date for posting (federal business opportunity site-www.fbo.gov) of the solicitation is 2 October 2018. The resultant solicitation will be a competitive Request For Proposal (RFP) and a single award will be based on commercial procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. The RFP number will be FA4608-18-R-0006. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available, interested parties will have to download the solicitation package from www.fbo.gov. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. In order to be awarded a contract with the federal government, vendors must be registered with System For Award Management, www.sam.gov - (it takes approximately 10 days to get registered).
