This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (Since the Sole Source Vendor has agreed to Firm Fixed Price of the items listed no proposal is required unless a change to SOW of the BOA applies.) Solicitation Number: N00104-18-Q-F049 Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Basic Ordering Agreement N00104-15-G-A751/ Request for FFP Pre-Repair of CG 66+ Class PORT OD Box NSN 2S 4930 01-350-6439.
