Amend solicitation closing date from Friday, August 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. to extend to Monday, August 20, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. B. Amend Section L-Instructions to Offerors, to remove paragraph 2.1.1.1. which approves the submission of proposals through AMRDEC SAFE SITE. All offerors shall follow 2.1.1.2, "hand deliver" or 2.1.1.3., "mail" instrcutions. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
