- Statement of Work Combined Synopsis This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912KC-18-P-9044 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, Defense Circular Number 20171228, and ARMY Acquisition Revision #26. This requirement is being set aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 721110 and the size standard is $32.5M. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001: YELLOW RIBBON EVENT IAW ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK SEE ATTACHED FOR ALL APPLICABLE CONTRACT CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS. The 193d Special Operations Wing will award to the offeror whose price is the lowest technically acceptable. This requirement will result in a Firm Fixed-Price contract. The Government reserves the right to make no award if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Evaluation Award shall be made to the vendor based on venue location (within 50 mile radius of 17057) and lowest priced technically acceptable. Technically acceptability means that the quote meets all of the stated minimum specifications. The Government shall evaluate price for reasonableness. ***Note: A site visit will be conducted by the Yellow Ribbon Coordinator and other interested parties to assess the safety, comfort, health, and cleanliness of the facility. Event location will be rated as either acceptable or an acceptable. It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. All questions must be in writing and submitted to the POCs listed below no later than Friday, August 17 2018 by 10:00 am, Eastern Standard Time. All quotes must be submitted by Monday, 20 August by 10:00am, Eastern Standard Time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. Written questions shall be sent to TSgt Natonya Hill, natonya.r.hill.mil@mail.mil and Capt Crystal Roberts, crystal.b.roberts.mil@mail.mil. NO questions will be considered after close of questions due date. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure the quote was received by the 193d SOW.
