- INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NYC PARKING SS-BCFP-18-069 The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Treasury General for Tax Adminsitration Office of Investigatons (TIGTA)) intends to make award to 375 Hud Parking LLC, 375 Hudson Street, New York, NY 10014 on a sole source basis under FAR Authority 13.106-1(b)(1) for parking in New York Field Office. Currently 375 Hud Parking LLC provides parking for the NYC field office and its the closest parking facility within 1 1/2 blocks away. The requirement is for 13 spaces that have 24/7 access, non valet parking, within 2 blocks away from the field office for the special agents to access. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. This synopsis is for information purposes only. A request for more information will not be considered an affirmative response to this Specical Notice. Telephone responses or inquires to this Special Notice will not be accepted. Qualified contractors must provide the following: 1. The name and location of your company, contact information, and identify your business size (Large Business, Small Business, Disadvantaged Business 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Hubzone, etc.) Please ensure contact information includes the name of the point of contact, email address, and telephone number should the Government have questions regarding individual responses. 2. A narrative description of how your subscription meets all the characteristics of the Clear online investigation software. 3. DUNS Number The following file extensions are note allowable and application materials/data submitted with these extensions cannot be considered..bat,cmd.,pif.,rar.,scr.,vbs.,hta.,cpl., and xip files. Microsoft Office compatible documents are acceptable. No other information regarding this Special Notice will be provided at this time.
