- Crane Maintenance See attached Solicitation W911N218Q0029. Response Due Date: August 31, 2018 4:00 pm EST. Responses should be sent by email to Hawa Janneh, hawa.janneh.civ@mail.mil. Submit Questions no later than August 28, 2018. 1) System for Award Management (SAM): In accordance with FAR 4.1102, Offerors must be registered in the SAM database in order to be eligible for contract award. No award will be made to an Offeror not registered. Registration can be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Registration in this database must be kept current. 2) Annual Representations and Certifications: In accordance with FAR 4.1201, Offerors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications within SAM as part of required registration. Registration in this database must be kept current and can be accessed at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. 3) Payment: Payment for this action will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) utilizing Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). See 252.232-7006 for more information. http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vfdfara.htm 4) Quotes must be valid for a period of 60 days. 5) Wage Determination 2015-4253, Revision 8, dated 07/16/2018 is hereby incorporated. Wage Determination can be viewed at http://www.wdol.gov. 6) Do not submit an amount for the following CLINs; 0011,1011, 2011, 3011, 4011Cost for Restorative Maintenance Not To Exceed $18750.00 per year, this amount will be added to each quote. 0012, 1012, 2012, 3012, 4012 Cost for Repair Parts, Not To Exceed $26,250.00 per year, this amount will be added to each quote.
