- The work of this project requires the contractor to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and services as needed to improved accessibility features including, but not limited to: doorway widths, fixture heights, and signage. Remodeling of kitchen cabinetry and associated plumbing features. The location of this project will be USDA Forest Service, Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest, North Woodstock, New Hampshere. The project range is estimated to between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Project completion is required by October 30, 2018. There will be a site be a visit at the USDA Forest Service Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest on July 31, 2018 at 9:00 AM (Eastern) Proposals will be due August 23, 2018 at 10:00 AM (Central). The contractor is responsible for periodically checking the website for any Amendments that may be issued prior to the closing date. NAICS: Code 238350. This will a total small business set-aside. No bonds will be required. The solicitation will only be available from the website. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to be considered for award.
