Description

Solicitation 36C25218Q9688 Notice of Intent to Sole Source reference FAR 6.302-1. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring the following, for the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin: 3D Printer, STRATASYS brand name only that will include SOLIDWORKS brand name only Software Program system. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis i/a/w: FAR 13.106-1(b), a purchase order to FISHER UNITECH, LLC, 404 East 10 Mile Road, #150, Pleasant Ridge, Michigan 48069-1201, as the only responsible source to provide the above items. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is VAAR 819.7008. The applicable NAICS Code is 334118 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. However, all quotes received by 10:00 AM on August 17, 2018 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
