- Standard Form 30 U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration FBO Announcement D-18-OD-0148 The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the study reports from the scientific investigation of the in vivo discrimination. The NAICS code is 611310, Medical School and Universities. The requirement is not set aside for small business (SB) concern. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is an ALL or NONE requirement. The Government may reject all offers received in response to this solicitation, if doing so is in the best interest of the Government. Late submissions will not be accepted. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of a quotation. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to Jacqueline Schottler by August 22 2018 at 10:00 AM EST via email at Jacqueline.P.Schottler@usdoj.gov. Award will be based on lowest price for exact items.
