- Redacted sole source Alarm System Maintenance Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit services by only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). A firm fixed priced contract will be awarded to First Response Professional Security Service for the procurement of Alarm System Maintenance Service with 4 options in accordance with statement of work. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-S10. The solicitation number issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N0025318Q0286 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 561621 and has a size standard of $20.5M. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Submarine Torpedo IMA Pearl Harbor Hawaii. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation. This solicitation is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes.
