- Amendment 0001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition for commercial items will be conducted using simplified procedures under FAR Part 13 and 13.5. (ii) This solicitation number 124D9018Q0017 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13 are being utilized. The Government reserves the right to make award without negotiations. We will award one base year. The site visit secheduled for 27 August is canceled. Responses are due by 11:00 a.m. Central Time, 24 August 2018 at USDA-NRCS (Attn: Howard Stover), 375 Jackson Street, Suite 600, St Paul, MN 55101. Quotes may be submitted via email only.
