Description
Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number FA2521-18-Q-B145 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99; Effective 16 Jul 18. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The nonmanufacturer rule is applicable to this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 336612 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations is for the purchase and delivery of 24' Law Enforcement Boat for rescue application in the river located around Patrick AFB and Cape Canaveral AFS, FL. The bid schedule and contract CLIN schedule are below. Manufacture: Willard Marine Model: Sea Force 700 or Equal (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL) Salient Characteristics • a minimal 24 foot Aluminum Monohull vessel designed for Law Enforcement/Rescue applications with tow post and basic grab rail • Welded Aluminum Collared Center Console Patrol Monohull. • Must draft at a maximum 18 inches • Size: Length: 23'7" or larger (7.3m), Beam: 8' 6" (2 6 ) D f 18 i h (45 7 ) (a 9' beam would be acceptable) • At a minimal Twin outboard engines of 200 HP with fuel water separator, engine protection bar and jack plates • Engines: the Suzuki 200 HP Engine with 4-stroke option & install (per engine) digital; gauge package - twin engines stainless prop • Small Racor fuel water separator engine; jack plate engine • Center console with windshield, T-Tops, and dual shock mitigating seats • Console windshield: T-top w/windshield (wide): windshield wipers (pair) OR single wiper that is large enough to completely clear windshield. • Operators seating: shock mitigating seats - center console • Painting: bottom paint - small. Invoice instruction shall be provided at time of award. *52.209-11 - Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law (Feb 16) (a) As required by sections 744 and 745 of Division E of the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2015 (Pub. As prescribed in 25.1101(f), insert the following solicitation provision: Place of Manufacture (Mar 2015) (a) Definitions. As used in this clause- "Manufactured end product" means any end product in Federal Supply Classes (FSC) 1000-9999, except- (1) FSC 5510, Lumber and Related Basic Wood Materials; (2) Federal Supply Group (FSG) 87, Agricultural Supplies; (3) FSG 88, Live Animals; (4) FSG 89, Food and Related Consumables; (5) FSC 9410, Crude Grades of Plant Materials; (6) FSC 9430, Miscellaneous Crude Animal Products, Inedible; (7) FSC 9440, Miscellaneous Crude Agricultural and Forestry Products; (8) FSC 9610, Ores; (9) FSC 9620, Minerals, Natural and Synthetic; and (10) FSC 9630, Additive Metal Materials.
