- Description
- MICROFILM CONVERSION TO DIGITAL DATA Buffalo Branch Regulatory section's conversion of historic microfilmed imaged records to digital format. Read only output, searchable by frame, and gray scale converted files. Delivered on an external hard drive, as well as DVD. Each batch to be completed within 30 days. The entire project to be completed within two (2) years. The base order shall include the conversion of 250 cartridges and include options to convert another 250 cartridges which may be exercised multiple times. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for Services to performed on microfilm conversion to digital data. The selected contractor must comply with all security requirements when accessing the Federal facility. The award will be made to the lowest priced offeror which will be based on total sum of base and all options in accordance with FAR Part 12, resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
