- Project Information The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) seeks the services of a qualified HUBZone Small Business for the Repairs to Hurricane Damaged Buildings at the Arecibo Job Corps Center in Garrochales, Puerto Rico. The work includes, but is not limited to, roof repairs, window replacements and HVAC equipment repairs and replacements Who May Respond Int erest in this pre-solicitation announcement is open to all small businesses relative to the primary NAICS code 236220 with a Small Business Standard of $36.5 million. The magnitude of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. All interested firms must be registered via the System for Award Management (SAM) internet site at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/##11. Please keep in mind that this is a Presolicitation Notice notifying all interested parties that a solicitation will be issued for this project. No submittals are required for this notice. Submittals for this project will only be accepted under the solicitation once it’s published. The solicitation for this project will be posted on or about September 10, 2018. A pre-proposal conference will be scheduled for this requirement; details regarding the conference will be outlined in the solicitation along with the date. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS REQUIREMENT BEFORE AN AWARD IS MADE WITH NO OBLIGATION TO THE OFFEROR BY THE GOVERNMENT.
