Description
AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 to RFQ 951700-18-R-0076 The following additional information is included in the documents for the referenced RFP: CONTRACT DRAWINGS QUESTION NUMBER 1: There is confusion on the Room Number Nomenclature for #150 and #132. The room numbers are reversed on site. Please clarify. RESPONSE TO QUESTION NUMBER 1 : Reference Contract Drawings of the subject RFP. The reference to Room Number 150 and Room Number 132 were incorrectly transposed on the drawings. The Room indicated as Room Number 150 is corrected to read Room 132. The Room indicated as Room Number 132 is corrected to read Room 150. The AutoCAD background will be updated to reflect the room number nomenclature found on site. SP ECIFICATIONS QUESTION NUMBER 2: What is the expected Heat Load in Transmitter area- Or do we just use the capacities in the RFP? RESPONSE TO QUESTION NUMBER 2: At a minimum the cooling capacities in the RFP bridging documents shall be provided. However, contractor to provide load calculation to verify HVAC equipment capacities with regards to current occupancies and code requirements. QUESTION NUMBER 3: Is humidity control required? Are record drawings available? RESPONSE TO QUESTION NUMBER 3: Humidity control is not required. Available record drawings were provided during the pre-proposal walk through. Electronic PDFs may be available. QUESTION NUMBER 4: Please explain the 12 month option period noted in Pre -proposal conference paragraph 1d. SECTION L of the RFP RESPONSE TO QUESTION NUMBER 4: Reference Section L, paragraph 1d, of the subject solicitation. The reference to the 12 month option period is hereby deleted. BBG intends to award Option CLIN 8, should adequate funding of this Optional CLIN 8 be available. The period of performance will remain unchanged for the overall contract should Optional CLIN 8 be awarded along with CLIN Numbers 1 through 7. However, should BBG award Option CLIN 8 after the initial contract award, the impact of the award of CLIN Number 8 to the overall period of performance will be analyzed at that time. Any adjustments to the period of performance will be made based upon the analyzed results of this option being awarded.
