- NAICS: 811219 Proposed Vendor: Carasoft Synopsis: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES: This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source purchase order under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106- 1(b). The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Management in Washington, D.C. intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Carasoft. It has been determined that Carasoft is uniquely qualified to satisfy the Government ¿s requirements. The Office of Compliance ¿s Data Systems and Information Management Branch (DSIMB) is seeking to procure the licensing agreement services of 360View, 360Plus and 360Eyes. The 360View, 360Plus and 360Eyes are needed for administrative support of the ICIS Business Objects reporting environment. The 360 tools can perform functions that the Business Objects CMC administration tool does not currently support or are not as flexible and easy to use. These maintenance capabilities are needed to keep the reporting environment in peak performance, reduce costly server space usage and address user reporting needs.
