- Description
- Intent to sole source. The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives notice of its INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to LRP Publications. The companies address is 2309 5th 360 Hiatt Drive, Dept. 150F Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. The governement intends to award them with a one-year firm-fixed-price contract and 4 option years for on-line access to a searchable repository of federal labor and associated laws, codes, and regulations, as well as commentary and reference materials focused on federal sector labor and employment law in accordance with the attached Statement of Requirement (SOR) for the Air Force Legal Operations Agency's Directorate (AFLOA) on Maxwell AFB, Alabama. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with LRP Publications, as a sole source, who is the sole known source of the items listed in the below table. This will be a firm-fixed price contract for one-year firm-fixed-price contract and 4 option years. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before 5:00 PM, CST on 22 August 2018 to the points of contact identified below. If no responses are received by the above referenced date/time, a sole source contract will be awarded to Data Security.
