North American Classification System (NAICS) Code: 811219 Small business size standard: $11.0 million Classification Code: J Set-aside Status: None Competition Status: This requirement is posted as noncompetitive Non-Competitive (Single-sole Source (Including brand-name)) Determination: This notice of proposed acquisition is posted as an intent to award a purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Philips Healthcare, 22100 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA Description of Requirement: Repair of NIA's iE33 ultrasound system to upgrade to newer style video cards. Summary Statement: This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued on or about 08/16/18. Interested parties may request a copy of the solicitation or identify their interest and capability by contacting the contract specialist specified in this announcement. All responses to this pre-solicitation notice must be received by 12:00 pm. Eastern Standard Time, on August 26, 2018 and must reference the announcement number specified above. Responses may be submitted electronically to jon.gottschalk@nih.gov. Fax responses will not be accepted.
