- BEYA - Sole Source Justification The purpose of this special notice is to accomplish the following three objectives: 1. Synopsize the USCG's Black Engineer of the Year Award Conference; 2. Post the USCG's Sole Source Justification; and. 3. Post the USCG's intent to sole source. As a result, the USCG intends to issue a sole source procurement to Career Communication Group, Inc. (DUNS 106817208). The total dollar vlaue is under the $150,000 simplified acquisition threshold and there is only estimated to be one contract line item covering the entire firm fixed price amount. The purpose for the inteded sole source award is for the USCG's attendance at the Black Engineer of the Year Award Conference. Please see the attached document for the USCG's sole source justification. This notice shall be open for 15 days. As a result of this notice, the USCG shall fulfill its obligations under the synopsis requirements, alerting the public of its intent to sole source, and posting the sole source justification.
