- Description
- The New Mexico Army National Guard (NMARNG) has a requirement advertising on North Central Regional Transit District and City of Santa Fe buses. The bus wrap advertising will include 4 backwraps on various buses in the above mentioned areas. This acquisition shall be a sole source award to Templeton Marketing Services Inc. in accordance with approved sole source justification. Templeton Marketing appears to be the sole purveyor of advertising content on the above stated buses. A firm fixed price contract shall be awarded to Templeton Marketing in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) and there is no solicitation available at this time. However, if there are prospective contractors interested and believe they can fulfill the requirement described above, they are encouraged to submit a capability statement in regards to this posting demonstrating that they can complete the Northern NM Bus Wrap Advertising requirement. Please email the capability statements to Contract Specialist, David Jordan at david.n.jordan4.mil@mail.mil prior to the closing of this notice. The capability statement shall include: Contractor Name, Point of Contact information, a brief description of the company, documentation that the vendor can advertise on Northern NM buses, documentation proving registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (SAM.gov), and invoice ability through Wide Area Work Flow (https://wawf.eb.mil). Any responses received will be thoroughly reviewed; if the business capabilities are found legitimate and relevant to the requirement, the sole source set-aside will be re-evaluated by the NMARNG for a different solicitation method.
