- Notice to Intent to Sole Source contract and is not a request for competitive proposal. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is FAR 6.301-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements). The Bureau of Land Management, New Mexico State Office, through the Socorro Field Office intends to award a sole source firm fixed priced purchase order to: Logan Simpson Design 51 West Third St., Suite 450 Tempe, AZ 85281. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541720; the business size standard is $7.5. This is a rare event invenotry for the Socorroc Field Office. A VRI of 1.5 milliion surface acres mananged by the BLM SFO including Socorro and Catron Counties. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.
