- COUNSELING SERVICES - RED ROCK DAY SCHOOL The Bureau of Indian Affairs has a need for a Contractor to provide counseling services to the students at Red Rock Day School located in Red Valley, AZ, in accordance with the Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions of the solicitation. This Solicitation is being set aside as a Total Small Business set-aside. All contractors submitting proposals must be registered in SAM as a SB, in order to receive contract award. NAICS CODE: For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 624120, Services for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities, with a size standard of $11mil. Due to issues with SAM, if you are not registered in SAM at the time of bid opening under this NAICS Code, your bid will not be considered.
