- Wage Determination Statement of Work Request for Quotes This is a solicitation for construction prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(d), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. Per FAR 5.202(a)(13), a synopsis is not required and will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4819-18-Q-7008 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses including those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95 and DFARS change notice 20161222. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 and the size standard is $15.0M. The Construction Wage Requirements Statute (formally Davis Bacon Act) is applicable to this acquisition, General Decision Number FL180005 date 1/12/2018. This project intent is to install a lightning protection system onto building 7026 located on Tyndall Air Force Base (AFB). In accordance with FAR 36.204(c) the disclosure of magnitude for this project is $100,000 - $250,000.
