- Service Station Bldg 599 Map Hydrants 688 Map Fuels Bldg Map 420 & 418 Statement of Work Synopsis/Solicitation 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99, Defense Change Notice 20180629, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525. 3) The NAICS for this solicitation is 334290 - Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 750 Employees. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business. 4) Description: Furnish and install a complete and operational surveillance system across three buildings. Cameras must be wirelessly connected to a monitor station located in one of the buildings. Destination to: 420 Bomber Blvd, 599 Bomber Blvd, & 680 Bomber Blvd Minot AFB, ND 58705 Delivery Date: 30 Days ADC Site Visit: will be conducted at each building on 27 August 2018 at 0900. 8) Quotes must be valid through 30 September 2018 and signed/dated using this attachment, and submitted by 4 September 2018, 10:00 A.M. Central Time. Quotes must be electronically submitted via email to the following points of contact. Failure to send to both points of contract will preclude the chances of receiving the award. 9) Questions may be submitted no later than 28 August 2018, 10:00 A.M. CST. The offeror must request and obtain an acknowledgement of receipt for electronic submission. a) IAW FAR 52.219-6(d) - A small business concern submitting an offer in its own name shall furnish, in performing the contract, only end items manufactured or produced by small business concerns in the United States or its outlying areas. If this procurement is processed under simplified acquisition procedures and the total amount of this contract does not exceed $25,000, a small business concern may furnish the product of any domestic firm.
