- Annex Plan Data Rack Diagram Statement of Work (SOW) The WVARNG has a new requirement to install new and upgrade the existing Annex IT cabling system. The proposed cabling and associated termination hardware will provide Category 6e connectivity to each outlet. Each outlet location will have a minimum of three data jacks and one voice jack in a single four port faceplate. All previous existing cabling will be removed once new connections are in place. Please see SOW, Data Rack Diagram and Plan for complete details. Please hold all RFI's until after the mandatory pre-bid construction meeting as most all questions will be answered at this time. ***PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE A WV CONTRACTORS LICENSE, IF YOU USE ANY SUBCONTRACTORS THEY TOO MUST HAVE A WV CONTRACTORS LICENSE*** ***PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONSTRUCTION MEETING BEING HELD 29 AUGUST 2018 AT 14:00 (2:00PM EST)IN ROOM 110, 1740 COONSKIN DRIVE, CHARLESTON, WV 25311***
