- Clauses Wage Determination Pest Control PWS (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. (3) To be eligible for award, the Offeror must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, with completed Representations and Certifications. (4) The performance period for this service is base year and four option years. Offerors shall provide pricing for all years - base and options years - according to the attached bid sheet. The base year shall begin on 1 January 2019. (5) This requirement is being issued as 100% small business set aside. (6) The NAICS code for this requirement is 561710 - Exterminating and Pest Control Services, with a small business size standard of $10 million. (7) A site visit is not planned at this time. If a site visit is desired, please e-mail Michelle Reed at michellereed@fs.fed.us no later than 4 September 2018 1500 CST. (8) Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than 1500 CST 4 September 2018. Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Michelle Reed at michellereed@fs.fed.us. Answers will be provided no later than 1500 CST 5 September 2018. (9) Proposals are due on or before 1500 CST 11 September 2018. Proposals shall be submitted via e-mail to Michelle Reed at michellereed@fs.fed.us. (10) Late proposals will not be considered. Proposals received after the date set for receipt of proposals will be rejected. Proposals must be valid for 60 days after due date. (11) The Government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offer(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. (12) Any amendment(s) issued to the RFP will be published on this site. Therefore, it is the Offeror's responsibility to visit this site frequently for updates on this procurement.
