- Contract Specialist: Alex Moller Email: Alexander.Moller@dla.mil NSN: 6665-01-483-4101 Nomenclature: PERM DEVICE AMMONIA Destination Information: Various DLA Stocking Locations The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5; Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for the procurement of National Stock Number (NSN) 6665-01-483-4101. The Government is pursuing a long-term contract, for the duration of a one-year base and four separately priced one-year option periods for a potential total of 5 years. This requirement is for DLA stock support the continental United States (CONUS). This requirement is being procured through full and open competition after exclusion of sources, as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. At the time of solicitation there is one NSN being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP - DLA Land and Maritime. Based on market research, this item is commercial and the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items for this solicitation. The solicitation and technical data package will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about the issue date cited above. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance. All offers shall be in the English language and US dollars. All interested parties may submit an offer. Offers must be submitted on a hard copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ), scanned, and emailed to the Acquisition Specialist at: Alexander.Moller@dla.mil or uploaded through DIBBS.
