Description

Statement of Requirement Performance Work Statement (PWS) On behalf of the Department of the Army Analytics Group (AAG), ACC-APG requests a quote for Solicitation to upgrade an U.S. Army Corps of Engineers leased property, with the purchase and upgrading of the Security System as specified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). See the attached PWS for additional details. The offeror's quote shall state if the delivery requirements can be met. Award will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation in accordance with FAR 15.101-2, as this requirement is clearly definable and the risk of unsuccessful contract performance is considered to be minimal. The Government reserves the right to award to an offeror whose quote addresses all of the requirements and which is evaluated overall as technically acceptable. The Government intends to award without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if it is later determined by the Contracting officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest and waives informalities and minor irregularities in the offers received. Quotes submitted in response to this solicitation shall remain valid for a period of at least 90 days from the closing date of the RFQ.
