Continuation Page 2. Question: Are we performing removal of all of the wood base or does it stay in place? Answer: No, this will remain in place. Question: Are we installing Nora in ALL of the rooms? There is not actual room finish schedule attached with the plan. Answer: Yes, ALL rooms, which include the offices, 2 kitchen s and 2 bathrooms, and closets. (Not the 201 stairway/hallway between the 2 spaces.) Question: There is existing VCT and Sheet goods on the floor. Has anyone tested it or the adhesive for asbestos? Answer: This building was abated several years ago, so no asbestos. The carpet will need to be removed, and the rubber should be able to go on top of the sheet vinyl in the kitchen and bathrooms. Question: Is an offer guarantee (bid bond), is required? Answer: No Question Will a payment and performance bond be required? Answer: No
