- Description
- This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with 3-1 year Options for NOUN Reference Standard, Metal to Core - Aluminum; NSN: 6635-01-535-4582BA; Part Number 17G110645-1. The Basic is for Qty of 2 each (includes first article), Test Plan (1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO). The 3-1 year Options are based on Qty range of 1-2 each. The reference standard consists of a 0.025" skin bonded to 1.00" aluminum core. It will have a 1.0" recessed hole in the core sheet to represent a disbond. The hole will not allow the core to come into contact with the face sheet during the bonding process. This will leave a disbond that will represent a non-bond condition. It will establish the calibration of the particular instrument. This requirement will be a set-aside for Small Business. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ. We anticipated release of the RFQ on or around 23 July 2018 with an estimated response date of 26 August 2018. The RFQ and all attachments will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (http://www.fbo.gov/). If you have questions or concerns related to this acquisition, contact the Contracting Specialist at email darryl.mortimer@us.af.mil; telephone 478-926-7888 or Contracting Officer Caprecia Mortimer at email caprecia.mortimer@us.af.mil; telephone 478-222-2663. All data for this component is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED. ***RESPONSE DATE EXTENDED TO 31 AUGUST 2018***
