- Amendment 0003 Request for Quotations Statement of Work 24 August 2018 Mountain Home AFB, ID has a requirement for two Aircraft Wheel Washers and a 250 gallon EQ-1 Waste Water Processing System in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, dated 24 August 2018. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4897-18-Q-0020 is solicited as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 effective 15 June 2018, Defense Acquisition Circular 20180601 effective 30 May 2018, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525, effective 25 May 2018. This requirement is not priority rated under Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). Questions must be submitted no less than five (5) working days prior to the quote due date. Questions submitted after may not be answered.
