This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100 dated 22 Aug 2018. The NCO 22 Gilbert Contracting Office is seeking to purchase an industrial Hobart dishwasher or equivalent. The contractor will disassemble and remove the old machine to the dock, uncrate and set up the new machine in place, and assemble the new unit and make all internal connections. The contractor will re-connect the new unit to the existing utilities and perform the start-up check to ensure proper function. This purchase order will incorporate Service Contract Act Wage Determination 2015-5469 Revision 8 dated 26 July 2018. A full copy will be provided in the awarded purchase order. The delivery/task order period of performance is 45 Days after receipt of order. Delivery shall be provided NO LATER THAN 45 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF AWARD.
