Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Security and Investigations Center (SIC) has a requirement to upgrade its current business process application CENTECH SecurityManager and migrate all current historical records to CENTECH SecutityManager 4.x onto VA owned VMWare Windows Server 2012 R2 or higher; and migration of the current version of SecurityManager MS SQL database to a new SQL Server database instance on the VA R02 MS SQL Central Server. Annual software and license maintenance shall also be provided with two 12-month option periods. Account and locations are outlined in attached product description. The Government intends to negotiate solely with The CENTECH Group, 6402 Arlington Blvd., 10th Floor, Falls Church, Virginia 22042, because The Centech Group is the only known source that can provide these services. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
