- Sources Sought Notice The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential Small Businesses especially any SDVOSB offerors capable of providing a PET Infusion System as listed in the Statement of Need (See Below). These are for the Michael J. Crescenz VAMC. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to provide the principal components of supplies listed in the Statement of Need (See Below). Statement of Work Client The Corporal Michael J Crescenz VAMC Job Name PET Infusion System Requested by Diagnostic Imaging/Nuclear Medicine Summary The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VAMC Nuclear Medicine Department is in need of a PET Infusion System. The Medrad Intego PET Infusion System replacement is the standard of care and enables technologists to personalize doses for patients, reduce unnecessary radiation for technologists, and improve practice economics. Utilizing a fully shielded mobile design, the system infuses accurate, repeatable, patient-specific doses from multidose vials, all managed through a simple touch screen. This piece of equipment creates a more Veteran centric/patient friendly infusion process and better environment of care for the patient. Project Scope This SOW covers the following activities and deliverables. The scope of work is delivery of a quantity of one (1) Medrad Intego PET Infusion System along with associated items included on the quote from the vendor (please see pricing section and IGCE) for the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VAMC Diagnostic Imaging Department Nuclear Medicine Section.
