- U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, New Jersey 08640 intends to enter into a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition for the renewal of DigitalStakeOut, Inc. (DSO) Social Media Threat Analytics Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). ACC-NJ intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract with a base period of performance of 12-months with one 12-month option period to DSO, 4425 Alexander Drive, Suite 160, Alpharetta, Georgia 30022, pursuant to authority 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2). The proposed solicitation number for this effort is W15QKN-18-R-0149. There is no place of performance for this acquisition as this is a SaaS renewal. This software provides the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command (USACIDC) secure, legal social media threat detection, risk mitigation of publicly available social media, and the capability to identify and locate persons of interest, which allows USACIDC the ability to respond to potential threats and uncover actionable intelligence. USACIDC has been using the DSO Social Media Threat Analytics SaaS since 2015. USACIDC criminal intelligence analysts and protective service personnel use the subject software solution as a tool in identifying personnel who may have knowledge of a criminal act that has occurred in or on U.S. Army installations or to determine the potential involvement of any U.S. Army personnel. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 511210 with a corresponding size standard of $38,500,000.00. The estimated date of award for this action is September 21, 2018. This notification shall close on September 7, 2018. This is a notification of intent, not a request for proposals.
