- A3 Mobility Bag Contents List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F9D3SF8164AW3 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315990 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking a solution for fully assembled A3 Mobility Kits to include all NSN/manufactuer part numbered items or equivalent in the attached A3 Bag Contents List: CLIN 0001 A3 Mobility Kits. Each kit to include an A3 Mobility Bag with all items included in the attached A3 Bag Contents List. Qty: 100 complete assembled kits. The contract will be awarded based on lowest price that meets minimum specifications. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 PM EST, 07 September 2018.
