- The National Park Service is requesting a quote for field cutting and trimming throughout Minute Man National Historical Park. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99 dated July 16, 2018. The FAC and FAR are available at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vmfara.htm. This is solicited as Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 561730, Landscaping Services, with a U. S. Small Business Administration size standard of $7.5 million. A current Contractor registration is required on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ (formally CCR and ORCA). The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is the lowest price offer. Pricing associated with the quotation must meet the minimum standards outlined in the attached Wage Determination Number 2015-4047, Revision Number 8, dated July 03, 2018. The place of performance and delivery is the Minute Man National Historical Park (MIMA), 174 Liberty Street, Concord MA 01742 The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision for field mowing and all related incidental work within Minute Man National Historical Park in accordance with the statement of work and terms and conditions herein. The period of performance is September 4, 2018 to June 30, 2019. Email any questions or concerns to wendy_deleon@nps.gov.
