- Pre Award Synopsis Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for mobile evidence capture system in support of the Rock Island Arsenal Garrison Command Police Force. This requirement is sole source to GovDirect, Inc. (650W3) IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), the Government intends to issue an award to GovDirect who is found to be the only source available. This notice is issued solely for informational purposes to inform industry of an intended sole-source action. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this synopsis. ACC-RI will not pay for information received in response to this synopsis. Responses to the synopsis submittals will not be returned. Note: All changes to the solicitation synopsis that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this synopsis. The Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your offer/proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government. Requests that inquiries be in writing only.
