- PHA and Dental Services The Oklahoma Army National Guard has a requirement for PHA and Dental Services. We are seeking information from industry about contract structure, quality surveillance techniques, relevant training and management oversight, as well as any other applicable information as it pertains to PHA and Dental Services. We are encouraging industry to please respond to this informational request with capabilities, experience, best practices, dos / don't, and lessons learned in order to help shape our requirement. Also please articulate you experience, if any, with State or Federal Government contracts. We are seeking and anticipating a performance based service acquisition set on a firm fixed price contract. Performance metrics will be set upon a particular scope of the quantifiable performance. We are open and encourage industry to provide input on any performance scope metrics and why or why not it is a best fit.
