- RFQ #1333LB-18-Q-0000-0008 - Generalized Instrument Design System (GIDS) and Surveyor Software THIS ACQUISITION IS UNRESTRICTED under NAICS Code 541519, Size Standard $27.5M. The U.S. Census Bureau contemplates award of a time-and-material type contract in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The period of performance will be from September 28, 2018 - September 27, 2019 with one (1) 6-months option period. The objective of this requirement is to provide software maintenance for the existing Generalized Instrument Design System (GIDS) and Surveyor Software as further defined in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). Interested quoters shall submit their quote electronically via email to Tanisha.L.Contee@census.gov and Donna.Cornish@census.gov with the subject line stating RFQ #1333LB-18-Q-0000-0008 - Generalized Instrument Design System (GIDS) and Surveyor Software, no later than 12:00pm, Friday, September 14, 2018.
