Page 1 of 1 REPOSTING FBO NOTICE: THIS SOLICITATION WAS POSTED ON FEBRUARY 1, 2012 IN THE ECMS VENDOR PORTAL. VENDOR S MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE ECMS VENDOR PORTAL TO RECEIVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION. (See below) The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VISN 1 Consolidated Contracting Activity issued a Request for Proposal to award a single firm fixed price contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to BUILDING AUTOMATION CONTROL SYSTEM TO TIE IN HVAC SYSTEMS FOR VAMC BEDFORD as described in the solicitation specifications and drawings. This project will be located at VAMC Bedford, 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA 01730 The RFP solicitation with all pertinent documents was published to the eCMS VENDOR PORTAL on August 24, 2018 All respondents must be registered in the Vendor Portal to receive the RFP solicitation and all pertinent documents. A guide has been attached to assist you in registering with the Vendor Portal. A site visit is scheduled for August 30 2018 from 10:00am to 10:30am in Building 2 Lobby, at the VAMC Bedford 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA 01730. IMPORTANT: This will be the only walkthrough scheduled for this project. ALL RFI S (Questions) PERTAINING TO THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO THE VENDOR PORTAL NO LATER THAN 2:00PM EDT ON September 10, 2018 ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY TO THE VENDOR PORTAL BY September 24 AT 2:00PM. NO HARD COPY PROPOSALS OR FACSIMILES WILL BE ACCEPTED. FOR DIRECTIONS PLEASE REFER TO THE VENDOR PROTAL GUIDE. (ATTACHMENT 16) All respondents must also be registered in the SAM database at (http://www.sam.gov) and be verified by the VA s Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) at the time of submission of offer and at time of award located at (http://vetbiz.gov). Vendors must also complete the online representations and certifications at (http://orca.bpn.gov). Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted on the Vendor Portal and all parties must obtain copies of the amendments thru this website. Hard copies of any documents will not be mailed. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via the Vendor Portal. No telephone requests will be accepted. A pre-proposal/site visit will be announced in the solicitation documents. The date for receipt of offers will be announced in the solicitation documents. Proposals will only be accepted through the Vendor Portal. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $14.0 million.
